dnata is one of the world’s largest air and travel services providers; offering ground handling, cargo, travel and catering & retail services at over 130 airports in more than 30 countries across six continents. dnata Cargo offers premium cargo handling services for passenger belly cargo and freighter cargo. As Process & Product Manager Cargo Systems, you will lead and provide centralised ownership and accountability for defining and implementing unified cargo processes across the dnata network globally. This is a full-time role and is based in our Dubai office. In this role, you will:
Liaise with senior stakeholders to define and agree on the Unified Business Processes baseline for One dnata globally.
Refine the Cargo Management Systems (CMS) product solution to ensure alignment with the Unified Business Processes, including regional specific (localisation) requirements.
Manage and facilitate the ongoing development of Unified Business Processes for One dnata through continuous review of operational practices and processes to identify efficient, practical and productive ways of performing activities and conducting business.
Plan and manage the end-to-end business processes & product implementation ensuring regional/international requirements are not compromised (including Business Continuity recommendations).
Identify potential impact areas/processes within UAE and propose Change Management plans.
Lead process and system refinements to reflect market leading operational business practices and technology advancements.
Conceptualise and conduct system enhancement workshops and streamline implementation plans to ensure maximum integration with existing systems while reducing duplicate/redundant activities with minimal impact on Unified Processes/Product.
Co-ordinate with respective Vendors (IT and/or technology providers) to ensure Product encompasses Unified Process requirements.
Ensure sufficient usage analysis and KPI monitoring techniques are implemented to measure success and business improvement with the implementation of the new product.
Represent dnata at the User Forums. Champion strategic initiatives and product changes that are aligned to dnata strategy or otherwise benefit dnata (including the introduction of AMRs/AGVs, etc.).
Collaborate with potential partners to further develop relationships that capitalise on seamless data exchange enhancing data transparency as well as bring in additional cost savings in messaging aspects.
