Job Description
Overall
This role will be reporting to Head of Business Unit & Sales Director and actively involved in generating records and updating the dashboard of the entire sales department.
Day to day follow up of the Sales Process at all stages, coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary information and documentation.
Day to Day Responsiblitites:
- Tracking Confirmed orders in Process
- Tracking of issued Purchase Orders by Procurement Department related to confirmed Job Orders
- Expediting with suppliers and maintain precise forecasts and timelines of delivery/project milestone
- Tracking with fixed timeline for Technical Submittal & Drawings and maintaining the
- Tracking the schedule of receiving material and delivery
- Release of related invoices to the customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
- Experience in Trading / Sales / Procurement or as Document Controller in Procurement or Sales in contracting or supply chain.
Additional Information
Experience
- Experience level: 03+ years.
- HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Skills & Professional Requirements
- Good knowledge of Procurement / Sales Process in CRM software.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
