Overview of the role


The Process & Compliance Specialist will support the Retail Fashion Management team by ensuring that all operational, inventory, and financial controls are consistently formalized and implemented across all business units and geographies. This role aims to mitigate risks, safeguard assets, and enhance operational efficiency.


What you will do:


  • Cross-Functional Projects: Assist in cross-functional business projects across the Fashion Division, including the creation of RFCs (Request for Change).
  • Process & Business Improvements: Develop, review, and amend processes and SOPs to optimize operations.
  • Compliance Reviews: Conduct compliance reviews across stores, warehouses, and business units; prepare reports and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Loss Prevention: Perform periodic reviews of store loss prevention reports and ensure effective reporting.
  • Training & Business Consultation: Provide training guidance and consult with store teams and other business units.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory controls through review, monitoring, and necessary adjustments; prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports.
  • System Management: Manage and monitor SAP GRC/Retail Pro user accounts and related tasks.
  • Internal Audit Support: Assist with audit fieldwork, respond to reports, and implement corrective actions.
  • PI Count Management: Plan, schedule, conduct, and monitor physical inventory counts, including posting and following up on stock loss action plans.

Required Skills to be successful:


  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
  • Solid accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

What equips you for the role:


Minimum Qualification and Knowledge


  • Education: A postgraduate degree or university degree.
  • Experience:
    • 4-5 years of experience in retail operations at a supervisory level.
    • Strong experience in working with data, creating reports, and building dashboards.
