We are looking for an experienced PRO (Personal Relationship Officer) and Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of company formation processes in UAE Mainland and Freezones, along with expertise in handling government-related procedures, licensing, and business setup consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in business setup, licensing, and company formation in the UAE Mainland and Freezones.
Manage all government and legal formalities related to company registration, visa processing, labor contracts, and trade license renewals.
Liaise with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Freezone Authorities, etc.) to ensure smooth processing.
Provide consultation services to investors and entrepreneurs on business structures, legal requirements, and market entry strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on UAE business regulations, policies, and compliance requirements.
Handle document clearance, attestation, and approvals as per UAE laws.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in UAE company formation, PRO services, or business consultancy.
Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Freezone regulations.
Experience dealing with government authorities and PRO-related tasks.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients efficiently.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
