Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Government Liaison:


    • Handle all interactions with government departments, including but not limited to MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Municipality, RTA, and other relevant authorities.
    • Process visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and dependents.
    • Manage Emirates ID registration and renewals.
  • Administrative Tasks:


    • Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, permits, and other company documentation.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of all employees’ official documents, such as passports, visas, and work permits.
    • Process company-related paperwork, such as registration of new entities or amendments to existing ones.
  • Compliance & Reporting:


    • Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws and government regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and governmental procedures.
    • Prepare regular reports on visa status, employee documentation, and legal compliance.
  • Employee Support:


    • Assist employees with legal formalities, including visa transfers, medical tests, and health insurance.
    • Provide guidance on government procedures and address employee inquiries.
  • Other Responsibilities:


    • Manage document attestations from relevant authorities (e.g., Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
    • Represent the company during inspections or audits by government entities.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience as a PRO or similar role in Dubai.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
  • Proficiency in government portals such as Tasheel, Amer, and eChannels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (MANDATORY)
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
