As the Private Head Butler/Private House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of private estates within our portfolio. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of domestic staff, including butlers, housekeepers, maintenance personnel, and gardeners
- Coordinate and oversee all activities within the private estate, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the property
- Anticipate and fulfill the unique needs and preferences of the residents, providing personalized and attentive service
- Manage budgets, inventories, and purchasing for the estate
- Coordinate and manage external service providers such as contractors, suppliers, and event planners
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and security regulations
