Job Description
A Personal Chef’s main responsibility is to prepare dishes that meet clients’ tastes, serving needs and nutritional requirements. To fulfill this, they may perform the following job duties:Consulting with clients to explore their needs, food preferences, allergies and dietary restrictionsDeveloping recipes for appetizers, salads, soups, entrées, sides and dessertsCreating menus with meal options clients can select fromSourcing high-quality ingredientsPreparing breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacksPackaging and storing foods for clients to reheatCleaning and sanitizing cookware, cooking utensils and workstationsAdhering to food safety and hygiene rules and regulations
