Our client is a DIFC
based private banking custodian regulated by the DFSA and managing
multi-million dollar client assets. They are now recruiting a private banker, having 5-10 years of private banking experience.
Job Responsibilities
Acquire new HNI and UHNWI clients and manage ongoing business relationships with existing clients.
Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the
products and services.
Update Clients on the status of their accounts, investments, and growth.
Attend meetings with clients to discuss new financial products.
Create and develop business opportunities with both new and existing
clients to generate additional business and enhance key
relationships.
Manage, review, and evaluate client’s accounts.
Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled
timely and effective.
Act as the point of contact for clients and be the interface between the
Company and clients.
Obtain all account opening and compliance documents for processing.
Work closely with compliance and risk officer, when creating file notes
on the client risk and investment profile.
Work closely with the Head of Asset and Wealth Management, the business
heads, and compliance and risk departments.
Job Requirements
Able to use the most appropriate method, language, medium, and style of
communication when dealing with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
Able to take quick and well-thought-through decisions, and seize
opportunities to move things forward.
Significant experience in relationship management in the financial
services/ banking sector.
Proven track record of managing relationships with key clients.
Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and
problem-solving.
Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
Excellent understanding of financial markets and products.
Attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve problems.
