Set up and calibrate machines according to production specifications, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on equipment performance and suggesting enhancements.

2+ years of hands-on experience in machine operation within a manufacturing environment, showcasing a solid understanding of machinery.
Familiarity with industry-specific machinery and tools, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise machine setup.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions effectively.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information clearly.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in machine operation or related fields are a significant advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, especially in diverse work environments.
