Your challenges and mission

• Be the architect of our digital experience. You’ll build and maintain a robust design system that ensures a seamless and consistent user journey across our platforms, tackling the challenges of complexity and responsiveness head-on.
  
• Nurture and inspire your team. You’ll guide and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity flourishes, and everyone’s skills are constantly evolving.
  
• Conquer the mobile frontier. You’ll design intuitive and impactful mobile trading applications, transforming intricate trading processes into effortless user flows.
  
• Collaborate and conquer. You’ll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams, translating your design vision into reality and ensuring a smooth path from concept to launch.
  
• Become the user’s voice. You’ll conduct user research, turning insights into actionable design decisions and validating your ideas through interactive prototypes.
  
• Bring your trading expertise to the table (bonus). If you’ve got experience in the trading world, you’ll have a unique advantage in creating designs that resonate with our users and align with their complex needs.
  
• Never stop innovating. You’ll constantly explore new trends and technologies, ensuring our products remain at the cutting edge of design and functionality.
  
• Be a persuasive advocate for design. You’ll confidently present your solutions to stakeholders, showcasing the value of design and securing buy-in at every level.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product design, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal design role
  
• Proven experience in developing and scaling design systems that ensure consistent and flexible product experiences
  
• Demonstrable success in designing for iOS and Android platforms, simplifying complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
  
• Deep proficiency in Figma or similar design tools, with experience in prototyping, wireframing, interactive design, and user flows
  
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and deep expertise in simplifying complex processes without sacrificing functionality
  
• Excellent communication skills – able to justify design decisions persuasively and influence teams across the business
  

What’s good to have

• Experience in designing trading platforms or financial applications, especially those involving CFDs, Options, Commodities, Crypto, or Forex.
  
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, enabling smooth collaboration with developers.
  
• Proven ability to analyse and integrate user feedback, translating insights into design upgrades for continuous product improvement.
