Job Description

  • Handle all internal transfer requests and ensure they comply with all the conditions as required.
  • Review and prepare promotion requests and raise them to central promotion committee for final decision.
  • Prepare, review and amend job descriptions as per department’s request or as required according to the organizational structure.
  • Perform job evaluation to all DHA’s jobs as per the standards and raise them to DGHR platform within the expected time.
  • Create functional structures that identifies all the roles performed and needed by a business unit and indicate the roles career progression
  • Keep track of all job titles used in DHA and update as required to be able to provide periodic data as requested by management
  • Creating comprehensive plan that includes identifying key roles and potential successors to create an effective succession planning method

Bachelors degree in Human resources management
