Principal Engineer We are currently recruiting for Principal Engineer role for our client.

Specific Accountability
Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for Corporate & syndicated lending applications, overseeing system functionality, upgrades, integrations, and overall performance.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand the goals and translate them into technical requirements and system features.
Lead initiatives related to system enhancements or new implementation.
Monitor the performance of the Loan Portfolio management application/other lending applications and ensuring system reliability, data accuracy and user satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.
Stay abreast of industry trends, evaluate new technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service offering.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and efficiency gains to continually improve service quality and performance.
Ensure that the application adheres to data security standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Leverage strong technical background to make informed decisions, troubleshoot complex issues and guide technical teams effectively.
