We are looking for Customer Success Managers in our Middle East team to help Autodesk's customers with Enterprise Business Agreements (EBA), realise business value and long-term success from our partnership.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small number of our most valued Enterprise Accounts. The role is based in UAE and will be hybrid / remote working.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, UK+I, ME - Enterprise Customer Success.

Position Overview



Acting as the single point of contact for Autodesk within EBA accounts, the CSM focus's upon success in the post-sale cycle.
The Autodesk CSM leverages a combination of account management experience, AEC industry knowledge, business acumen and product knowledge to help Autodesk's customers transform to realise business value and gain competitive advantage.

Responsibilities



You will be accountable for post-sale account management and focusing on adoption growth , value and customer sentiment You will be accountable for the post sale customer success plan and strategy working with an extended account team (including Sales, Consulting, Product + Strategy) You will utilise your core skillsets in Programme, Value and Change Management to maximise impact and business value to your customers You will build meaningful relationships with sponsors within a select group of names accounts (from key users, Digital Leads to CXO) You will create and maintain Enterprise Customer Success documentation including : Success Planning, Value Management Plans, Salesforce reports, Quarterly Business Reviews and customer sentiment action planning

Minimum Qualifications



You will have either :
A minimum 5+ years in working in customer-facing organizations or 5+ years in Sales or Post Sales roles (Account Manager, Consultant / CSM) Experience collaborating within globally, matrixed organisations Motivated and integrity focused with empathy for customers and passion for delivering customer outcomes You must be willing to travel (20-30%.)

Preferred Qualifications



You would preferable have 5+ years experience in either : Working directly in the AEC Design or Construction Industry
(you may be an architect, engineer, strategic digital lead, or lead programmes of transformation)
or within a Pre-Sales or Post Sales role within a Technology Partner aligned to these markets
