Job Description

Applications are invited from experienced candidates with relevant educational qualifications for an immediate opening in one of our British curriculum school as Primary English Coordinator. The core purpose of this role is to provide professional, highly effective leadership that will achieve outstanding results in Primary English Department. He/she is responsible for ensuring student learning outcomes through maintaining disciplinary code of conduct for students & staff, teaching pedagogy and assessment practices that inspire high levels of engagement, achievement and progress for students of all abilities.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Primary English Coordinator under the guidance of Primary Head is responsible for improving the subject standards by providing guidance and support to all Primary English Teachers. She/He is jointly responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of curriculum, by adopting teaching methods that meets British curriculum standards. Lesson observations, conducting CPD's and assisting them in using the appropriate strategies to deliver daily lesson plans, conducting team teaching etc are entrusted on her. Alongside she is expected to perform all general duties and responsibilities to achieve departmental targets and objectives.
