As the Senior Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing pricing strategies and revenue management practices across all Bayut & dubizzle products, ensuring alignment with market conditions and company goals. You will be responsible for driving profitability through effective pricing models and dynamic pricing solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Develop Pricing Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximise revenue across Bayut & dubizzle platforms;
- Manage Revenue Optimization: Oversee revenue management practices, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and market trends;
- Implement Dynamic Pricing: Design and manage dynamic pricing models that adjust based on market demand, competition, and external factors to optimise real-time pricing;
- Analyse Market Data: Utilise advanced analytics tools to monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer behaviour, making data-driven decisions for pricing adjustments;
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are consistent with company goals;
- Conduct Market Research: Perform in-depth market research to understand competitive pricing landscapes and adjust strategies accordingly.
