JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for liaising, handling, following up, negotiating, proposing, and facilitating companys business development activities of AMC and Services within Maintenance department. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful business is generated, in accordance with Maintenance playbooks and Account Management processes. Protect, maintain, and enhance the company reputation amongst stakeholders and influencers by providing a regular interface and communication for the organization with stakeholders senior level personnel. Advises and supports on the business development of the Company to grow the AMC business on sustainable economic terms and conditions. Proactively pursue business within new and assigned accounts/regions through initiating new business opportunities and working with clients to generate new opportunities within new or existing accounts, with the aim of achieving sales and revenue targets.
KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
Pre-Sales Maintenance AMC and Services Activities
- Initiate business development and sales activities for existing and new clients to increase market share. Proactively work on creating and following up on opportunities independently and in coordination with other internal stakeholders
- Participates in site assessments and visits, prepares technical proposals, solution designs (technical and commercial), and cost estimation documents for all accounts, ensuring alignment with company processes and procedures.
- Work towards successful achievement of sales and revenue targets within assigned accounts or region.
- Establish good relations with all stakeholders to conduct smooth and efficient business dealings with these accounts.
- Plans the processes of the interaction with the stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all transactions/ activities.
- Acts as a liaison with all stakeholders to ensure that Company affairs are handled expediently and that a good relationship is maintained/ built, in line with Convergints UAE.
- Deliver and expedite the processing of designing and proposing to ensure that they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Provide advice, guidance, and assistance regarding assigned accounts related matters to ensure that all colleagues understand the requirements of assigned accounts, especially when it comes to finance, engineering, maintenance department and other stakeholders.
- Maintains an updated in-depth understanding of government laws within the operating territory of target accounts, keeping abreast of the changes and advising the leadership, whenever appropriate, on the best and right government practices, government relations transactions /activities.
- Monitor and analyze legislation and regulations which may impact the assigned accounts operations and alerts management to analyze alternatives and undertake appropriate action.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, events, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and the subsequent closing of such leads
- Attend industry, social and non-profit events to build relationships and identify new opportunities
- Helping with arrangement of business development meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Attend business meetings with prospective clients
- Preparation of quotations and negotiate the same with the clients
- Participate in the initial conception stage along with a client in order to better meet the needs of the client and to translate those expectations to colleagues
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposal status and presentations to the line manager.
- Assist marketing team to develop brand and content strategy, product offering and form industry level strategic alliances
- Work with marketing and leadership on developing presentations and pitches for assigned accounts.
- Actively reach out to Client Accounts leaders within the organization to actively penetrate assigned accounts.
- Generate unique ideas for marketing and sales strategies to grow business.
- Work with Engineering Support Maintenance to ensure LSPs and Accounts are onboarded and updated on the CRM
- Use the CRM to update accounts, opportunities, manage pipelines, and close leads.
- Assess leads and ensure they are coordinated with all related stakeholders within MEA CTC and elsewhere within Convergint.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Commerce or Business Administration or equivalent
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Must be an expatriate with thorough knowledge of regional values, norms, and social relations for at least 3 years in a similar industry
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Ability to conduct site surveys independently
- Excellent understanding of AutoCAD drawings
- Proven expertise in system design and BOQ.
- Handson experience in techno-commercials drafting and submission.
- Excellent written and oral and communication skills in English. Additional languages can be considered as a plus.
- Must be capable of independently solving problems faced with bureaucracy.
- Must have very strong inter-personal skills to interact and keep good relations with clients, and global colleagues.
- Required to keep up to date on all changes in Governmental procedures that affect the business of the company in MEA.
- Must be a team player and have a good understanding of the business requirements in relation to his work.
- Must be ready to receive technical trainings and other forms of sales, account management, leadership, or other forms of trainings.

- UAE/ International Driving License is preferred
