In this role, you will:• Assist the Premier customers based on their requirement with accurate information and/or services. • Have meaningful interactions with Premier customers to engage, discover and make recommendations based on their needs.• Put the customer at the heart of our business and deliver joined up services and solutions aligned to customer needs.• Ensure that the emails and calls are addressed within the agreed SLA. • Where a need is identified ensure that customer query/concerns have been correctly referred to the right team.• Ensure on-going operation of business meets audit and risk standards.• Work with other Premier Relationship Managers to ensure a consistent approach and application of the Global Premier proposition and provision of Wealth Management solutions to Premier customers.• Be alert to operational risk losses during the execution of the day-to-day responsibilities, identify an operational risk loss and report this to manager ensuring that it is reported to their local risk coordinator.
