PRE COMMISSIONING ENGINEER - SUBSEA / PIPELINE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Commissioning Engineer to join our team for subsea and pipeline projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing and overseeing all pre-commissioning activities to ensure that pipelines and subsea systems are fully prepared, meeting safety and quality standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute and oversee pre-commissioning activities, including:
  • Flooding, cleaning, and gauging
  • Hydrotesting and intelligent pigging
  • Dewatering and drying
  • Preservation of pipelines and related systems
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement pre-commissioning plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during all pre-commissioning phases.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of pre-commissioning tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to pre-commissioning processes and equipment.
• Prepare reports and documentation detailing the completion of pre-commissioning activities.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven track record in pre-commissioning for subsea and pipeline projects.
• Strong knowledge of pre-commissioning techniques, procedures, and specialized equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment as well as independently manage tasks.
• Willingness to work in diverse project settings and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for subsea and pipeline projects.
