About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a PR & Partnership Manager F&B to join the Marketing team of Madinat Jumeirah Resort.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, on-property Marketing Managers in developing, executing, and optimising comprehensive communication strategies that align with the F&B brand positioning of the restaurants and commercial objectives of the F&B Marketing department.
- Drive innovation in Partnership opportunities across the resort leveraging one’s own connections with PR agencies, brands and KOLs.
- Be the lead on the day-to-day external communications for all Madinat Jumeirah restaurants.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing/Director of F&B and outlet managers/on property Marketing Managers to develop annual external communications plans promoting the restaurants, emphasising Jumeirah's brand pillars: service, dining, and design, as well as individual restaurant concept Unique Selling Points (USPs).
- Work with the appointed PR agencies to measure the impact (including ROI) of external communications through monthly reporting.
- Support the Director of Marketing in setting performance indicators (KPIs) for PR campaigns, closely monitoring the progress and effectiveness in collaboration with the PR agency.
- Manage PR & Communications presentations and reports for internal stakeholders showcasing top coverage & results.
- Support content strategies with social media platforms by amplifying hosted media content across various channels.
- Cultivate relationships with key media contacts in the UAE, ensuring their attendance at relevant restaurant events/review restaurants to support wider objectives set.
- Manage the appointed PR agencies and collaborate with them to disseminate all communication materials to media, including press releases, picture stories, and listings, ensuring quality coverage, YOY growth in tier 1 publications, influencers reach and submission to tier 1 F&B awards.
- Assist in developing key partnerships/sponsorships for the restaurants, amplifying them through external communications to boost restaurant awareness, reservations, and footfall in alignment with aggressive budgets.
About you:
- 7 to 8 years of public relations, marketing and F&B marketing experience preferably with an international hospitality company.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
- Proven experience in developing and managing integrated F&B marketing and communications plans and budgets, often exceeding KPI’s
- Demonstrated experience in delivering luxury-standard content
- Good media contacts within top tier luxury, lifestyle and F&B focused titles
