Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven PR Account Manager to join our client’s growing team in Dubai. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with clients, helping them navigate their public relations strategies and execute high-impact campaigns. You will manage multiple client accounts, develop strategies, and ensure the successful execution of PR campaigns that drive brand awareness, reputation, and media exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage client accounts, building strong relationships to understand client needs and business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns across multiple platforms, including media relations, digital, and social media.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of accounts, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing counsel and strategic advice to help meet their PR goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and key media outlets in the UAE and internationally.
• Monitor media coverage and provide clients with regular reports, insights, and analysis on the impact of campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and social media strategists, to develop compelling narratives and media outreach strategies.
• Lead media pitches, press releases, and feature article submissions, ensuring coverage in top-tier media outlets.
• Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions and keep clients ahead of the curve.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in PR, with a proven track record in managing client accounts in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape in the UAE and the broader GCC region, with established relationships across the media industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful PR strategies and campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to PR challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital PR trends and how they integrate with traditional media strategies.
• Experience working with high-profile brands, particularly in sectors such as lifestyle, tech, hospitality, and corporate communications.
