Apt Resources is seeking a dynamic and motivated Portuguese-Speaking Purchaser specializing in Industrial Kitchen and Catering Equipment, as well as FMCG products, to join the team of one of our prestigious clients in Dubai. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement processes in the food service industry and FMCG sector, along with fluency in Portuguese to effectively communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source suppliers for industrial kitchen and catering equipment.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers in Portuguese.
- Manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery and installation.
- Stay updated on market trends, new products, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand equipment requirements and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and make timely purchase recommendations.
