What will your main responsibilities be
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in building annual portfolio strategies and innovation roadmaps.
Lead project networks to launch/relaunch products and innovations.
Design and craft exceptional product and packaging experiences, including artwork and claims development.
Deliver campaign ideas with agency partners based on the global guidelines.
Create Brand Experience Toolkit for cluster innovation and big activation projects.
Adapt global Brand Experience Toolkit for Arabia & IO
Product: Track quality of top sellers versus brand performance standards and quality benchmarks and identify any issues and/or opportunities.
Packaging: Implement the global packaging guidelines and country regulatory requirements on the Aws
Price: Agree strategic pricing based on local and global strategic pricing guidelines.
Promotion: Develop with the Trade, Operator, and Digital marketing teams sharp and resonating innovation/renovation campaigns including digital activations
Lead Post Launch Evaluation.
Manage country portfolio assigned.
Forecast and track assigned budget.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.
Manage business cases and coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders.
Conduct post-launch evaluations and make recommendations.
Follow global guidelines to build and produce selling stories and video selling stories.
What you need to succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 years of experience in portfolio and category marketing, preferably within the food industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Knowledge of Unilever systems such as Blu and INNOFLEX.
