PLUMBING ENGINEER (IMMEDIATE)

We are looking for a proficient Plumbing Engineer to join our team for a mall project, focusing on plumbing isolation work. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in plumbing engineering, with specific experience in isolation and safety procedures, as well as a proven track record of managing and executing plumbing projects within the construction industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop detailed plumbing isolation plans in line with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Prepare plumbing design drawings, schematics, and layout plans using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate plumbing isolation requirements into the overall project design.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing isolation systems.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of plumbing isolation work.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in plumbing isolation work.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all isolation activities, including safety procedures, testing results, and compliance records.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plumbing isolation systems.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to plumbing isolation and safety
• Assist the Project Manager in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the plumbing team and other project teams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Plumbing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates MUST be immediately available and currently based in the UAE
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing engineering, with a focus on isolation work in construction projects.
• Proficiency in plumbing design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
