SmartStay is a holiday homes company that offers luxury furnished apartments in prime locations like Downtown Dubai. At SmartStay, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and reliability to our clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated plumber / handyman to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing repairs and installations, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Conduct general maintenance and repairs around the properties, such as drywall, flooring, and electrical issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to provide efficient solutions.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and code requirements.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber/handyman or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
