Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, enhancing the appearance and function of patients through surgery. This position provides an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a diverse patient population, offering top-tier care in a range of plastic surgery services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including but not limited to rhinoplasty, facelifts, breast augmentations/reductions, liposuction, tummy tucks, and reconstructive surgeries following trauma or cancer treatment.
  
• Consult with patients to understand their aesthetic goals and medical concerns, developing personalized treatment plans.
  
• Use advanced surgical techniques and technologies to achieve the best possible outcomes for both aesthetic and functional results.
  
• Ensure a high standard of pre-operative and post-operative care, providing guidance and support throughout the patient’s recovery process.
  
• Collaborate with other specialists, such as dermatologists, oncologists, and orthopedists, to offer integrated care for reconstructive surgery cases.
  
• Maintain a strong focus on patient safety and adhere to best practices in infection control and surgical protocols.
  
• Keep up to date with advancements in plastic and reconstructive surgery, incorporating the latest techniques and treatments into practice.
  
• Educate patients on the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes of procedures, helping them make informed decisions.
  
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
  
• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to practice in Dubai or eligibility to obtain one.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.
  
• Expertise in performing advanced plastic surgery techniques, including minimally invasive and reconstructive procedures.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage patient expectations and provide compassionate care.
