Job Description
Responsibilities:Fabricate, assemble, and install plastic HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) products, including pipes, fittings, and custom parts, based on specifications and blueprints.Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, such as extrusion machines, welding equipment, and cutting tools, to shape and weld HDPE materials.Measure and cut HDPE sheets, pipes, or panels accurately, ensuring proper fit and alignment for projects.Weld HDPE components using specialized fusion techniques, ensuring high-quality, leak-free joints.Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to materials, machinery, or fabrication techniques.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.Keep records of materials used, hours worked, and other necessary project documentation.
