You’ll be responsible for:
- Develops detailed plans taking full cognisance of logistics/site/project constraints
- Interfaces with Project Team, contributing to the production of the weekly progress report to the project team and understand functional obligations under form of contract.
- Reviews and captures productivity to measure progress.
- Communicates effectively with the client , project team and stakeholders.
- Incorporates sustainable design and procurement process within integrated programmes.
- Ensures health and safety through programme integration.
- Establishes and oversees project work plan and deadlines.
- Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment.
- Responsible for coordinating activities for team.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, methods and durations.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Power BI and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong understanding of techniques for project planning control and other facets of project control.
- Experience working on FIDIC Contract.
- Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.
- Able to respond to all client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
- Communicate & present to project team on programme drivers, goals & issues, etc.
You’ll also have:
- Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience in the successful planning and delivery of projects in the residential sector.
- Experience in managing complex schedules and interpreting the data to different stakeholders.
- A degree in construction related courses or relevant experience in the field.
- PMP, PMI-SP or similar or demonstrable experience in planning and project management methods.
