Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a diversified group seeking a Planning Manager. The incumbent will lead the strategic planning and execution of power infrastructure, civil construction, and steel fabrication projects. They will ensure effective project coordination, resource management, and successful delivery across the UAE and KSA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for all stages of development.
- Establish and monitor cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
- Implement progress control systems, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project adherence.
- Manage planning for multiple projects, monitor performance, and address variances.
- Oversee contractor and supplier compliance with project timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare and present status reports, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and continuously improve control processes using industry best practices.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; PMP certification or Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling within power, civil, and steel sectors; 3+ years in management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale power, civil infrastructure, and steel fabrication projects in UAE and KSA.
- Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, power systems, civil works, and steelwork standards.
- Familiarity with local and international planning and construction standards.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Extension of Time claims analysis.
