Planning Engineer

a. To prepare project schedule with proper selection and optimization of manpower, equipment, etc.

b. Revising schedules due to internal or client reasons as and when required

c. To prepare project schedules, S-Curves and progress measurement system, etc.

d. Presenting the schedule of work to Management and to the respective team and the client organization involved with the project

e. Developing detailed yet simple to understand schedules and graphs

f. Monitoring the progress of the project and different stages of its developments and regular reporting to Management as well Client.

g. Liase with the Project Controller on ensuring timely delivery of design, Managering, material and resources planned for the project.

h. Shall create and maintain Material Tracking system, with regular feedback on status to Project team and the Management

i. Shall create and maintain variation / change order register.

j. Coordinate with Design department on tracking of design change and subsequent updation on CO register

k. Shall assist the PM/PC on submitting variation claims and close out of the same with Client.

l. Shall ensure monthly/progressive invoicing to client.

m. Shall prepare project cash flow statement at the kick off stage and ensure adherence.

n. Shall prepare Project Budget and present to Management for approval. Will also be responsible for monitoring of the costs and presenting status to Management in coordination with accounts.

o. Provide feedback on daily/weekly/monthly progress to execution team, and ensure contract schedule compliance.

p. Shall monitor performance efficiencies and report regularly to project team and Management.

q. Revise schedules if necessary and ensure acceptance by Client and project team.

r. Interface with all the disciplines of the project teams and ensure compliance to Contract Deliverables
