Job Description:
 

Planning/ BIM engineers are responsible for ensuring that construction projects are coordinated and completed within set deadlines, on budget, and in line with all the relevant specifications standards and regulations.
 

• Prepare a Project baseline for initial approval from the contractor.
• Prepare Project Model and Be able to extract clashes.
• Update the project schedule based on the time frame mentioned in the contract.
• Prepare a 4D schedule.
• Perform Project Delay Analysis.
• Analyzing engineering drawings and specifications.

Job Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's in construction engineering, civil engineering or architectural engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Fluent English Language.
• GPA: 3.0 or above.
