Job Description
  • Prepare Tender Schedules and narratives for local and regional RFPs.
  • Prepare and develop the Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in co-ordination with the project teams for assigned projects.
  • Prepares the regular schedule updates, progress update monitoring sheets for the various phases and disciplines to allow performing periodic schedule updates for assigned projects.
  • Monitor schedule variances and any deviation in the plan and provide recommendations for the required corrective actions in assigned projects.
  • Liaises and assists the Project Controls Manager in preparing progress reports, budget and forecasts, and maintains proper planning records.
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Engineering.
  • 5 -7 years relevant experience (Planning).
  • Experience in Oil & Gas (EPC) Projects is a must.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and schedule quality compliance
