Pipe Fitter

• Install and assemble pipes and piping systems, including those for oil, gas, and other fluids.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on existing piping systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Identify and repair faults or leaks in piping systems.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Measure and cut pipes to precise lengths and install fittings, valves, and supports.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Use various hand and power tools to complete installation and repair tasks.
• Work closely with other trades and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or diploma in piping or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a pipe fitter in the oil and gas industry. Experience with large-scale projects is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of piping systems and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
