• Fabricate and assemble pipe sections, fittings, and related components according to project specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect and test fabricated pipes and systems to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects.
• Select and handle appropriate materials and tools for pipe fabrication, including cutting, threading, and welding.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the dimensions and configuration of pipe systems.
• Perform welding and join pipes using various techniques and equipment as required.
• Ensure that all fabricated pipes and components adhere to project specifications and industry standards.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
• Work with other trades and engineers to integrate piping systems into larger projects and resolve any issues that arise during fabrication and installation.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or diploma in piping or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a pipe fabricator in the oil and gas industry. Experience with large-scale projects is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of pipe fabrication techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in welding and other pipe joining techniques.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Relevant certifications in pipe fabrication, welding, or related trades are preferred.
