Operations - United Arab Emirates, AE - Full time - 938 The role of the Picker is to ensure that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared. This involves preparing the orders as received on the devices, finding suitable substitutes for any missing items, and ensuring that the orders are dispatched to the riders for delivery. Primary responsibilities
· Selecting and packing customer requested products to fulfill customer orders
· Providing correct substitutes of missing products for customer to choose from
· Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders
· Responsible to perform duties as per companies standard operating instructions while ensuring all outgoing deliveries are accurate and defect free.
· Providing correct payment receipts with each order prepared for delivery
· Following safety and hygiene procedures while preparing customer’s order
· To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
Requirements
· Able to perform multiple tasks with high level of focus
· High level of accuracy
· Proficient with electronic tablets
· Strong organizational skills
· Good verbal communication skills in English
· Ability to work independently or in groups
