Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate dates, times, and locations for training sessions.
• Manage logistics, including venue selection, equipment setup, and necessary supplies.
• Schedule instructors and make sure they have the necessary materials and information.
• Manage the registration process for new pet sitters, including communicating with participants and confirming attendance.
• Keep records of registrations and participant details.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new pet sitters regarding training details.
• Provide clear instructions and information about the training process before, during, and after sessions.
• Collect feedback from participants on the training sessions to improve future programs.
• Monitor and track the progress of participants toward certification.
• Issue certificates upon successful completion of training and assessments.
• Organize follow-up sessions or refresher courses as needed.
• Maintain records of training sessions, participant performance, and feedback for analysis.
• Report on the effectiveness of training programs to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage the budget for training programs, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Work closely with marketing, and operations teams to promote training programs and align with overall company goals.
