While formally established in 2020, Makeen Technical Services’ really started back in 2009 when Makeen Properties established a Facilities Management department to manage its growing portfolio of privately owned properties in the UAE.

Job Description
- Conduct property inspections to identify pest infestations and determine treatment plans.
- Apply chemical or non-chemical treatments following safety and environmental guidelines.
- Set traps, baits, or other pest control devices as required.
- Monitor treated areas and conduct follow-up inspections to ensure effectiveness.
- Provide clients with preventive recommendations to avoid future infestations.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments, chemicals used, and follow-up schedules.
Qualifications
- Matriculate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pest control operations.
- Knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and safety protocols.
- Certification in pest control from DM is preferred.
