Job Description
- Supervise pest control technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Conduct site assessments to design customized pest control solutions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Train and mentor team members on pest control techniques and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all operations and provide updates to management.
- Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure service satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pest control, including leadership roles.
- Certification in pest control from Dubai Municipality.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
