Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sessions, ensuring safe and effective workout techniques.
• Assess clients' fitness levels, set goals, and help create personalized training programs to help them achieve their objectives.
• Motivate and inspire clients to stay on track with their fitness plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust training programs as needed to maximize results.
• Provide guidance on proper nutrition, lifestyle choices, and recovery techniques.
• Ensure gym equipment is used safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout environment.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and training techniques.
• Promote additional services such as group fitness classes, wellness programs, or personal training packages.
• Adhere to all gym policies and health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Level 3 Personal Trainer certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer in a gym or private setting.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and kinesiology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage clients.
• Proficiency in fitness assessment and creating tailored workout plans.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic IT skills for managing client progress and scheduling.

• Experience working with various populations
• Sales experience or ability to promote and sell personal training packages.
