Job Description

  • Classroom Management – Create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment for LKG students.
  • Lesson Planning – Develop age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on early childhood education.
  • Teaching Basic Concepts – Teach alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, and other fundamental topics.
  • Activity-Based Learning – Incorporate fun and interactive activities like storytelling, drawing, and music to enhance learning.
  • Childcare & Supervision – Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of students throughout school hours.
  • Behavioral & Social Development – Encourage good manners, communication, and teamwork among children.
  • Parental Communication – Provide regular updates to parents about their child’s progress.
  • Assessments & Reports – Monitor and document students' progress, participation, and learning outcomes.
  • Hygiene & Health – Ensure students maintain cleanliness and assist in basic hygiene if needed.
  • Collaboration – Work with other teachers, school staff, and management for smooth operations.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills (English proficiency and Arabic preferred, additional languages a plus)
  • Patience and understanding of young children’s behavior
  • Creativity in teaching methods
  • Classroom management skills
  • Basic knowledge of child psychology and early childhood education
  • First aid knowledge (preferred)
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve minor conflicts among children
  • Interactive storytelling and engaging activity planning
