Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to manage all aspects of personal beauty and style. As our Personal Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist and Beauty Consultant, you will provide daily styling, manage high-end wardrobe care, and handle travel logistics while accompanying the employer on international vacations.

Key Responsibilities and Core Services:

• Hair Styling & Makeup:

Deliver daily grooming, hair styling, and makeup services for both everyday looks and special events.

• Wardrobe & Styling Coordination:

Curate outfits and coordinate overall looks using GPT-based AI recommendations.

• Personal Shopping:

Source and select high-end clothing, accessories, and beauty products—enhancing choices with AI-driven insights.

• Grooming & Nail Care:

Provide manicures, pedicures, and related grooming services.

• Beauty Routine Execution:

Develop and implement personalized skincare and beauty regimens, incorporating AI recommendations.

• Travel & Operational Support:
• Travel-Related Beauty Management:

Adapt styling and product choices for different climates and venues while traveling with the employer.

• Appointment & Travel Logistics:

Personally manage all logistics during travel, taking care of appointments and coordinating with the personal assistant (PA).

• Inventory & Digital Lookbook Management:

Curate and manage beauty product stock and maintain an updated digital archive of styled looks.

• High-End Garment Care:

Perform all garment care personally—including stain removal, ironing, and coordinating tailoring services when necessary.

Continuous Improvement & Additional Responsibilities:

• Skill Development:

Stay current with industry trends and master advanced techniques, such as permanent hair removal via electrolysis.

• GPT/AI Proficiency:

Utilize GPT tools on an everyday basis to enhance styling recommendations and streamline problem solving.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven minimum of 5 years in personal styling, makeup artistry and beauty consulting.

Work Arrangement:

• This is a live-out position; no accommodation is provided.
• Must be willing and able to commute to the household.
• Working hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Travel: Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (approximately 2-3 weeks every 5-6 months).
