Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.  Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.  We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.


In this role, you will:•    Over-all role to provide administrative support and working directly to the Head of Fraud Credit and Control Services (FCCS), Head of Fraud Management EMEA & Global Private Banking and Head of Non-Financial Risk EMEA. •    Scheduled and organize meetings, workshops, appointments, travel arrangement for managers. •    Coordinate communications, track and follow-up on requests and identify those of importance which requires immediate attention. •    Diary management, booking flights and hotels, arranging complex itineraries, and managing agenda for incoming visitors. •    Work closely with all Managers and team onshore and offshore to support any ad hoc requirements. •    Assist in the arrangements for training within the region, reward/recognition ceremonies and team events. •    Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation. •    Ensuring Regional Heads are properly prepared for meetings, has completed any Action Points from previous meeting and has documents available prior to meetings. •    Taking meeting minutes and capturing action items for management meetings, UAE/ EMEA/ CEU RTB governance forums and distribute as required. •    Raising fusion expenses and procurement. •    Close coordination and support for the teams FCCS, Fraud Management and NFR.
