Job Description

We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to be based in Dubai for our client which is an International Group holding entity with over 3 decades of its experience in the commodity trading business segment in UAE, with its global outreach across Asia Pacific and Europe market.


Role Description


The job profile would be to provide all administrative assistance/ support to the CEO/ Director including complex travel arrangements, calendar management, internal and external communication, business meeting arrangements, guest relation management, Director’s office management, directory management, internal coordination with Accounts and Admin for all expenses and requirement for the Director’s office, other relevant works as and when directed. The job role demands addressing complex situations.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience within the similar nature of role of an Executive assistant to any C-suite leader in an organization
  • Preference for candidates with Eastern or Western European heritage or work experience in similar corporate environments. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex situations.
  • Proficiency in English
