Job Description
About the position:
We are looking for a Personal Assistant for the Head of a YouTube production company and her family.
The main task is to organize and coordinate the schedules of her 5 children, as well as handle personal/family (90%) and business (10%) tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Important: We are not looking for a "nanny"; the Head of the family has 5 children, all of whom are actively involved in various activities and participate in YouTube filming. It is necessary to supervise all activities related to school and extracurricular activities and manage their schedules properly.
Child Schedule Coordination (Main focus):
- Maintain and update the calendar for the 5 children, ensuring that extracurricular activities, competitions, and trips are added in advance without overlapping events.
- Monitor any changes to the schedules and promptly adjust the calendar.
- Communicate with teachers, coaches, and parents in chat groups (track information and inform about absences).
- Ensure that homework is completed, purchase necessary materials, uniforms, etc.
- Keep track of payments (school, training, trips, etc.).
Personal Tasks for the Head and her Husband:
- Book restaurants/services, maintain personal calendars, etc.
- Travel and visa support: booking hotels, visa processing.
- Maintain financial reports for personal family expenses.
- Find and manage domestic staff (driver, house assistant).
Business Tasks:
- Process visas, insurance, and other documents.
- Accompanying at meetings and providing translation from English to Russian and vice versa.
Any other tasks (that may arise during the course of work. We do not accept phrases like: "We didn’t discuss that I would do this," "This should be paid more," "I can’t/don’t know/can’t do it" – a good assistant should be ready to complete any task comprehensively).
Work Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (may occasionally change to Tuesday to Saturday), be available 24/7.
- Salary: Starting from 10,000 AED + 1,000 AED bonus (negotiated during the interview).

Skills
Candidate Requirements:
Experience and Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Personal/Business Assistant.
- Proven experience in coordinating complex schedules and tasks.
- Ability to independently organize processes without waiting for detailed instructions (you don’t need step-by-step explanations; you determine how and where to find the necessary information and deliver results).
Personal Qualities:
- Persistence, responsibility, attention to detail.
- Ability to solve tasks even in complex and non-standard situations.
- Initiative (you take on tasks without needing reminders, and you inform the boss about progress and deadlines).
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Stress resistance and decision-making ability.
- Business ethics, ability to find necessary information quickly.
Other Requirements:
- Fluent English is a must.
- Availability 24/7.
- Permanent residence in Dubai.
- Driver’s license (having a car is an advantage).
- Russian language at a native speaker level.
What we absolutely do not accept:
- Laziness and lack of drive to achieve results.
- Using the words “I don’t know” or “It’s impossible.”
We are looking for a person who knows how to achieve results by any (legal) means. Phrases like "I tried… I made an effort… I attempted…" do not work for us. It’s important that you can achieve results, think strategically, anticipate situations several steps ahead, and be persistent in solving tasks.
