Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to provide unparalleled support in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This role requires a proactive individual who excels under pressure and maintains a professional demeanor while handling a diverse range of responsibilities.


Job Description:


  • Manage a complex calendar and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Other duties: 
  • To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually at all times.
  • Ensure they maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
  • To assist in the training of employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency and in the most productive manner.
  • To ensure that the Department's operational budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are controlled, and expenditures approved.
  • To ensure that all the employees read and understand the Handbook and adhere to the rules and regulations.
  • To comply with local legislation and be conversant and act in accordance with any such matters relating to your department.
  • To be flexible and to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, to meet the business demands.
  • To attend trainings and meetings as and when required.
  • To conduct and/or contribute to regular Departmental Communication Meetings.
  • To assess situations and to be able to react accordingly through analysis and perspective.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in time management and the ability to thrive in a high-stress environment.
