Proven experience as a Person in Charge or similar role in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
UAE experience and knowledge of Dubai food regulations preferred.
