Performance Marketing Specialist - Yo Telecom

The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Email Marketing and Lead Generation. If you are passionate about creating data-driven campaigns and have a keen eye for optimising performance, we’d love to hear from you! What you’ll be doing: - Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. - Lead email marketing strategies, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimisation. - Generate high-quality leads through targeted campaigns and innovative strategies. - Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights. - Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead flow and nurturing strategies. - Maintain and update the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all leads and marketing activities are accurately recorded. - Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools to enhance overall campaign performance.
Requirements
Candidate Specification - Are you the person we are looking for? - Fluent English - verbal and written - Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce and email marketing tools (e.g. Active Campaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms). - Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing efforts accordingly. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines. - Creative problem-solving skills with a keen interest in driving results.
