About the job Performance Marketing Specialist
Our client is a prominent global gifting company based in the UAE, recognized for its extensive range of innovative products and exceptional customer experiences.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable performance results. You will also work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure that campaigns are strategically aligned with business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CPA, conversions, etc. - Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor and track performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to drive improvements. - Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Develop and optimize audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and other relevant segments. - Budget Management:
Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal performance and maximize ROI. - Creative Optimization:
Collaborate with the creative team to design, test, and refine ad creatives, including copy, imagery, and videos, to boost engagement and conversion rates. - A/B Testing:
Implement A/B and multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy to enhance campaign performance. - Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay informed on the latest trends in social media marketing, including changes in algorithms and emerging ad formats, to keep campaigns effective. - Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams (SEO, content, CRM) to ensure alignment of social media marketing strategies with the broader marketing objectives. - Performance Reporting:
Regularly provide performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and management, highlighting areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing paid social media campaigns. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity:
Ability to collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and effective ad content that aligns with brand objectives. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders. - Attention to Detail:
High attention to detail in managing budgets, audience segments, and performance tracking for accurate and efficient campaign execution.
