Job Summary :
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our performance marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns, conducting A/B testing, running growth experiments, creative optimization and providing actionable insights through data analysis. The role additionally also involves a strong focus on SEO strategies, ensuring our online presence is optimized for search engines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Execution:
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across major ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Tiktok etc.).
- Monitor and adjust campaigns to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize creative assets, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Growth Experiments:
- Design and execute growth experiments across various digital channels.
- Measure the impact of experiments and report on results to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify new growth opportunities and innovative ways to reach our target audience.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and other key metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to share insights.
- Leverage data to make informed decisions and iterate on campaigns to improve outcomes.
SEO Execution:
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to boost visibility and traffic.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content and improve site architecture.
Collaborative & Cross-functional Work:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with digital ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns and growth experiments.
- Good understanding of SEO principles, tools, and techniques.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
