ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Performance Executive. This is a Full-timeposition based in Dubai. This role plays a crucial part in supporting WPP's mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best in class service for Amazon in every country across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI. RESPONSIBILITIES
As performance Executive, you will be supporting your team with client activations across performance media channels (search, social, display). As a core member of the team, you will be involved in day-to-day campaign optimizations, campaign trafficking, booking budget orders and managing finance reconciliation. Core responsibilities:
Campaign Management and Execution:
Oversee the creation, optimization, and implementation of paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, etc.), ensuring alignment with client goals and targets.
Client Communication and Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, securing advertising assets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring campaigns are continuously optimized for performance.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), delivering actionable insights and weekly reports. Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Budget and Pacing Management:
Manage budget allocation and pacing to ensure campaigns meet performance targets, while adhering to set budgets.
Campaign Optimization and Insights:
Regularly optimize campaigns through A/B testing, engagement metric analysis, and ad copy adjustments.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Attend and contribute to weekly and monthly client status meetings, providing updates on campaign performance and insights for ongoing improvements.
Industry Knowledge and Platform Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with evolving social media advertising technologies and platform specifications to implement best practices and new ad features.
QUALIFICATIONS
Interest or some experience in Digital Media.
Proficiency in Turkish is required.
Ability to take responsibility for own work; to make sure that others deliver in support of you if required
