As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for an Intern at residence  to join our team in Dubai.


About the role:


As a People and Culture Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various positions. You will also play an active role in building the employer brand, managing social media accounts, and creating content. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Job Responsibilities:


People and Culture


  • Screening and shortlisting resumes for open positions


  • Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms


  • Contacting potential candidates via email and phone to schedule interviews


  • Following up with hiring managers to keep them in the loop throughout the hiring process


  • Organizing and participating in campus recruitment events


  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires


  • Building and maintaining relationships with universities to gain access to their alumni directories and recruit top talent


  • Support business partnering activities by working closely with different teams and making recommendations to Sr. Manager on potential actions


  • Provide administrative support to the team and ensuring all systems are updated at all times


  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company


Employer Branding :




  • Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies that align with our company's vision and mission


  • Create and curate content for our social media platforms, website, and other digital channels to promote our employer brand


  • Assist in planning and executing innovative campaigns to attract top talent


  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in employer branding to share with the team


  • Help build and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other external stakeholders to gain access to their talent pools


  • Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, job fairs, and other industry-related events to promote our employer brand


  • Collaborate with our People team to create an exceptional candidate experience from the first touchpoint to onboarding





Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
